- IS THERE CAFFEINE IN IF TEA? AND HOW MUCH?
Yes - There is natural caffeine in the green tea extract, black tea, yerba mate, guarana seeds and kola nuts providing at least 70mg of caffeine if steeped for 5+ minutes. The amount of caffeine, nutrients, tannin, etc that are released will increase the longer tea is stepped. The natural caffeine provides multiple benefits including a smooth increase in energy, boosted metabolism, reduced feelings of hunger and increased focus without jitters, headache or crash.

Our Intermittent Fasting Tea has a pleasant tasting tea flavor from the combination of black, green and yerba mate tea leaves with strong hints of flavor and smell coming from the cinnamon, ginger, spearmint and peppermint.
